Wow. It has been a long week. After two trips to the walk in clinic to try to get a BC requisition, then getting my blood drawn, I found out the other day that the requisition didn’t have all the tests that needed to be done. So Friday, I had to go back to the clinic to get yet another requisition for 3 more tests and then had to have my blood drawn again. I’m more than happy to do this for my IPs and I don’t mind going to appointments. I just strongly dislike hour long waits at walk in clinics, especially with my kids.
For the test results that came back, everything was clear and good to go, so as long as I don’t have rubella and I have a sufficient amount of vaccine left in me, we should be ready to book everything. I picked up some prenatal vitamins and salmon oil to start taking those. I had some prenatal DHA left over from when I was pregnant on July so I’ve started using that as well. I also found some vitamins that are supposed to help with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, all sorts of stuff. I figured that lily and I would try it out and so far I’m loving it.
I’m trying to eat healthier, but obviously that just ends in me wanting pizza and blizzards more than usual. Lol. Every time I’m like”yeah. I can do this. Let’s just be healthy!” I have intense cravings for a DQ blizzard and bread sticks from little ceasars. I’ve been taking my vitamins with lots of water in the morning, trying to drink more water throughout the day instead of pop, and trying to choose salads and such over everything else.
